SRDC: Hard Hike: Indigenous Community & Waterfall
After a short drive, you’ll arrive at a hidden indigenous village. Meet the community, share stories, and hike to a secluded waterfall. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the village, then walk a scenic path back to San Roque. This experience is sacred, and by invitation only—an intimate encounter with the land, its people, and something deeper.

SRDC: Hard Hike: 100m Waterfall Toroyacu, Atún Rumi Rock + Views
6-Hour hike in total. 30-mins drive to VistaAlegre village from San Roque de Cumbaza. Hike to waterfall Toroyacu. Relax and swim. Explore the remarkable natural phenomenon of Atún Rumi – Big/Small Rock formation hidden in the forest, continue to the views of the Cordillera Escalera on the way back to San Roque.

SRDC: Hard Hike: Primary Rainforest Napo
A challenging and rewarding hike from San Roque de Cumbaza to Curiyacu River, which means “healing waters” in Quechua. This trek takes you through primary forests of old trees, en environment so pure that even the mosquitos are few. The colours and smells are out of this world. We are able to see spectacular views of the Cordillera Escalera. The trail is rugged and wild, perfect for seasoned hikers seeking an immersive nature experience.

Chazuta: Indigenous Ceramics & Hotsprings
The ceramic tradition of the Indigenous Chazutino culture. After visiting the Wasichay Ceramics Museum, you can either build a small pot using coils of clay or paint a pre-made pot with traditional symbols.
Chazutayacu Thermal Springs are a 1-hours walk. The underground-heated waters emerge at ~40 °C.
